Bruno Ekeroth de Almeida, born in 1977, is a Stockholm based artist. Mainly working in oils with an outlook anchored in the realist tradition he experiments with materials and techniques.

He  spent his early childhood in Portugal and the US before moving back to  Sweden.  After studying Art History and Architecture at university he started getting commissions for portraits. The need for more thorough knowledge took him to Florence, Italy and at Charles H. Cecil Studios he was introduced to the traditional techniques developed by the old masters. Further studies followed in England and Sweden.

Bruno works from his studio outside Stockholm, but portrait commissions and charitable projects abroad take him to Continental Europe, the UK and the US  mainly.
